My Rates and How I Bill You

I work on a retainer basis only.

I invest in our relationship and ask that you do the same.  If you are simply looking for the cheapest VA, then I am not the right VA for you. 

All retainer fees are paid in advance.

My minimum fee per month is $650.00, which guarantees you ten (10) hours of my time. 

I ask that you make a minimum three (3) month commitment to our relationship to enable us both to find our footing with each other.

Any additional hours over the agreed retained time will be billed at the rate of $65.00 per hour.

I will send you an invoice via email on the 3rd Friday of each month.  Payment needs to be received by the first of each month at the address specified on the invoice.

If there are any overages between the date of my invoice and the end of that month, I'll include them, plus any expenses incurred, with the following month's retainer invoice.

The value of a successful VA-client relationship will repay your investment many times in many ways.
